Made of a tough stainless steel housing, these sensors can be customized up to 6.5 feet in length, detect countless liquid levels and withstand high water pressure and high temperatures up to 200°C.
Often, designing a sensing system, requires more than 'off the shelf' solutions. More and more applications require unique component development specific to a given set of circumstances.
The LS05 Series Liquid Level Sensors is the most diverse level sensor yet, combining hundreds of standard options ranging from switching power and connectivity to fluid types and number of liquid levels. The LS05 housing stem, constructed of V2A stainless steel can vary in length up to 6.5 feet long and hold any number of magnetic floats with a minimum spacing of 1.5" between them. Its stainless steel housing will withstand high pressure up to 12bar and temperatures up to 200°C when coupled with stainless steel floats. Choose from 10 different magnetic floats, available in four different materials: Polyamide (PA), Polypropylene (PP), Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) and Stainless Steel (V2A).
Mix and match more than one float material to detect multiple fluid types in the same tank such as in a diesel tank that builds up water condensation over time. The LS05 can be mounted to the top or bottom of a tank or reservoir using a number of different mounting options. Using our OKI and KSK Reed Switches, the LS05 can switch low and high voltages up to 1000 Volts and produce single, multiple or continuous output signals. The LS05's multitude of standard options simplify the process of designing a liquid level sensor for such a diverse array of liquid detection applications.

The CR series is our smallest and most versatile instrument grade reed relay series. The CRF Series has a flat insertion loss curve from DC up to 7 GHz, attained by keeping the signal path as short as possible and using an internal coaxial shield with a consistent 50 Ohm impedance path. Not only is it excellent with RF signals, but is also great for digital signals where the skew rates or effects on the rise time of fast digital pulses is less than 40 picoseconds through the relay.

MEDER electronic's MK23 Series Reed Sensors have expanded with the addition of our new MK23-90 Reed Sensor. The MK23- 90-C-2 is a Single-Pole Double-Throw switch with a 14mm glass body. This SPDT (Form C) surface mount sensor comes in two lead designs, lead design 1 (straight cut axial lead) and lead design 2 ("Gull Wing" with coined bent leads). The MK23-90 sensor comes in 5 contact sensitivity ranges.

Miniature High Voltage Reed Relays In the modern world, there is a constant drive to reduce size yet increase the performance of almost every type of electronic component. With that in mind, MEDER electronic has introduced two new high voltage Reed Relays for PCB mounting. These miniature high voltage relays take up only 40x15x13.5mm board area. These high voltage relays offer a switching voltage of 1 kVDC with a 4 kVDC or 6-kVDC option across the contacts.

Elixir is a tuning fork based level sensor for liquids where the fork is kept in mechanical vibration at resonance frequency by piezo crystals. When the tines of the fork are immersed in liquid, the frequency changes which is sensed electronically and processed signal is used for switching.
