Liquid level sensors are used to indicate the level of liquid within a tank or container. Liquid level detection is critical to a wide variety of processes. There exists a wide variety of applications in which it is desirable to monitor to some degree the level of a liquid within a tank or a vessel. Liquid level detectors have widely been used in various liquid tanks, for example, in an automobile for detecting the changing level of fuel in a tank. Liquid level is generally sensed by obtaining a discrete indication if a predetermined level has been reached or obtaining an analog representation of the level as it changes. Liquid level sensors make use of various kinds of float operated mechanisms, resistance mechanisms, capacitative mechanisms, and acoustic mechanisms. The most commonly used fluid level sensor is the variable resistor sensor utilizing a float to produce a resistance change in the variable resistor. Capacitive liquid level generally include a reference capacitor adapted to be fully submerged in the liquid and a measuring capacitor. Liquid level electro-optical sensors operate on the principle of different indices of refraction between the transparent body of a probe and a gaseous medium above the liquid.

Diffusive silicon level transmitter

Series liquid level transmitter is the extension and development of pressure transmitter which is based on the principle that pressure generated by liquid with different specific gravity at different height are linear to realise the accurate measurement and transmission of volume, level height and weight of water, oil and pasted matters.

Flange type level transmitter

HHLT (smart) flange type level transmitter can carry on accurate measurement of level and density for all kinds of containers. Level flange and insert flange are available. Flange has 3 inches or 4 inches. Specification has 1501b and 3001b flanges. We may also have flange custom-made.

Elixir liquid level sensor

Elixir is a tuning fork based level sensor for liquids where the fork is kept in mechanical vibration at resonance frequency by piezo crystals. When the tines of the fork are immersed in liquid, the frequency changes which is sensed electronically and processed signal is used for switching.

Liquid level switch

This liquid level indicator is based on the vibratig fork principle and has a built in microprocessor. The switch can be used to monitor the level of any liquid with viscosity up to 10000 cP.

SLW - water level indicator

This water level indicator can be used for pump switch on and off, to prevent dry running of pumps and for preventing overflow of service material in the process plants.

Miniature Liquid Level Sensors

A new line of compact liquid level sensors that are more reliable than mechanical switches and are an alternative to costly Hall effect sensors is being introduced by MEDER electronic. MEDER LS-Series Liquid Level Sensors are made from corrosion-resistant materials and feature magnetic floats which activate reed switches when the liquid level rises or falls, as desired, and then provides an output signal. Requires no external power to operate.

Horizontal Float Liquid Level

Three new versions of Level Sensor Series LS03 have been introduced into the market to meet the wider demands of our customer's more specialized application needs. Thus far, the LS03 Level Sensors were only capable of mounting to the inside of the liquid container or reservoir. These level sensors can be externally mounted to devices such as in modern air conditioners, cooling devices, high-pressure cleaners and many other technologically advanced household appliances.

Low Cost Multi Liquid Level Sensor

The LS04 Liquid Level Sensors are a versatile multi-point level sensor made of plastic which can be customized to hold up to 6 magnetic floats and mount to either the top or bottom of a tank using various mounting options. The LS04 housing tube comes in two different plastic options, Polyamide (PA) and Polypropylene (PP) and standard lengths ranging from 80mm [3.14"] to 250mm [9.84"].

Stainless Steel Liquid Level Sensors
