RCX series chip resistors

The IMS RCX Series of thick film wraparound surface mount chip resistors is ideal for most applications requiring epoxy or solder die attaching methods. Thick film technology provides a stable resistor at a very affordable price. The "X" designation in each series is a variable that allows for specifying the termination metalization. The wraparound terminations use gold (for wirebonding), platinum silver (for solder or epoxy attachment), or platinum silver with solder coating (for solder attachment). With resistance values from 1 to 1Tera Ohm, RCX Series resistors are ideal for a wide variety of applications. Wraparound terminations are perfect for epoxy or solder attachment.

These chip resistors have the following features:
• High stability thick film resistor element
• Resistance values from 1ohm to 1Teraohm (Size dependant)
• 96% Al2O3 substrate material
• Platinum silver(PtAg), platinum gold(PtAu), solder coated platinum silver, solder coated platinum gold, or gold(Au) terminations
• Tolerances to ± 1%
• Passivated resistor element available where not standard
• Available in bulk, tape and reel, and waffle pack
