NetExtender (Ethernet extender)

The NetExtender is a Ethernet Extender allowing for Ethernet traffic to be extended beyond the 328 foot barrier. NetExtender extends Ethernet data by regenerating data packets. This technology allows for continuous data packets to be sent threw with little or no deterioration of data. With the use of the NetExtender at every 328 feet, Ethernet and Power can be extended as far as 3900 feet. Every unit is remotely powered using Power-Over-Ethernet. The NetExtender can be plugged into any 10/100 MBS switch. Using Power-Over-Ethernet we are able to remotely power multiple NetExtenders configured in a linear design, extending Ethernet data for up to 3900 feet with 100 Mbs full duplex of bandwidth, while also providing power to network devices.

The NetExtender negotiates to the fastest possible connections. Engineered without the need for internal fans, the unit operates silently. Engineered with in an industrial strength enclosure with water tight Ethernet connectors, allowing for placement in harsh environments. Eliminates the need for expensive fiber or unsecured wireless, the NetExtender provides a full 100 Mbs of data. The NetExtender also provides power for network devices such as network cameras or wireless access points. Using harsh environment RJ45 connectors, and a IP65 rated enclosure, every NetExtender can be installed inside or outside.
