NEMA stands for the National Electrical Manufacturers Association has established a range of standards for electrical equipment enclosures. Our NEMA 4 enclosures are intended for indoor or outdoor use primarily to provide a degree of protection against windblown dust and rain, splashing water, and hose-directed water; and to be undamaged by the formation of ice on the enclosure. They are not intended to provide protection against conditions such as internal condensation or internal icing.

Our small footprint enclosure, allows businesses to install either, thin clients or small form factor PC's in areas that was thought impossible. This enclosure accommodates the computer in the rear of the unit, while the TFT display (up to 19 inches) is mounted to the front access door. Now the TFT display could be touch screen, eliminating the need for a keyboard or we can integrate a waterproof keyboard in to the uinit, providing NEMA4 protection. This unit is available in mild steel (dusty and splash areas) and stainless steel (for washdown with high power pressure jets) This benefits businesses as there is no costly software or service agreement associated with Industrial PC's.
