N-Series power resistors on AlN to 350W
Looking for power? N-Series thick film aluminum nitride resistors and terminations are a perfect fit for applications requiring high power dissipation in a small size. The N-Series allows users to tailor the device to their specific power requirements with the choice of three substrate thicknesses and seven terminal styles. AlN is the enviromentally friendly alternative to BeO.N-Series AlN Resistors are available in 8 standard sizes in three substrate thicknesses with 7 terminal styles for added thermal dissipation.
These chips feature the following:
• High stability thick film resistive element
• AlN substrate material
• Standard resistance range is 10Ω to 2KΩ, other values available*
• Standard tolerance is 2% or 5%, other tolerances available*
• Operating temperature: -55°C to +155°C
• Maximum working voltage: E=√PR
• Available in bulk or tape and reel
