Low Cost Multi Liquid Level Sensor
The LS04 Liquid Level Sensors are a versatile multi-point level sensor made of plastic which can be customized to hold up to 6 magnetic floats and mount to either the top or bottom of a tank using various mounting options.The LS04 housing tube comes in two different plastic options, Polyamide (PA) and Polypropylene (PP) and standard lengths ranging from 80mm [3.14"] to 250mm [9.84"]. The polypropylene version is ideal for water and diluted acids and the polyamide version is suitable for use in oil, gasoline (petrol), and brake fluid level detection. While the standard LS04 series is equipped with a 500mm long, round PVC cable, many other wire termination options are available as with many of our sensors, including connectors.
The LS04 Series can be mounted to the top or bottom of a tank, reservoir, or bottle in any number of different ways. The different mounting options for the LS04 liquid level sensor include but are not limited to using an o-ring and threaded NPT nut, a threaded screw cap, or a sealed screw mount cap. A full range of power switching options are available in the LS04 using our KSK Series Reed Switches. Whether your application requires fluid level detection at low levels, high levels or multiple levels, the LS04 Series provide a simple, dependable, and low cost solution.

MK02 Ferromagnetic Proximity Sensor

1.5GHz RF MIcro Single In Line Reed Relay
Quests for smaller and smaller designs in connection with fast microprocessors set continuing challenges to relay manufacturers. To fulfill these quests, MEDER has expanded the MS Series for applications with higher frequency. The new MSRF05-1A87-75L is a Reed Relay designed in a miniature single-in-line package measuring 15.2mm x 3.8mm x 6.8mm (L x W x H). This new package size takes up half the space of a conventional reed relay.
Dual In Line Reed Relay Sereis
A full line of molded reed relays offered in dual-in-line package for a wide variety of test and measurement, telecommunications, and security equipment applications are available from MEDER electronic. MEDER DIP Series Molded Reed Relays feature high voltage versions in 1-Form-A, 2-Form-A, 1-Form-B, and 1-Form-C packages. Providing high resistance coils up to 2000 W 12 VDC, with up to 4.25 kVDC breakdown voltage, DIP are offered with an internal diode and magnetic shields.
High Voltage Single In Line Relay
Miniature SIL HV Series High Voltage/High Current Reed Relays in an epoxy sealed, single-in-line package measuring only 24mm x 6.4mm x 8.9mm. An optional offset pin-out measuring 29mm x 6.4mm x 8.9mm is also available. Standard coil selections include 5 or 12 volts with or without diode suppression. This series can switch up to 1000 volts and carry up to 5 amps for up to 50 milli-seconds at a consistent repetition rate or 10A pulse
KSK-1A04 4mm Reed Switch Series
KSK-1A04 Series Reed Switches are magnetically actuated, ultraminiature, low power reed switches. Designed with flat lead terminals they provide consistent contact orientation and larger contact soldering surface in SMT applications. KSK-1A04 Series Reed Switches, at 4mm in glass size are currently the smallest reed switch offered by MEDER electronic and the world's smallest reed switch with flat contact terminals.

Miniature 7 GHz RF Reed Relay CRF Series
The CR series is our smallest and most versatile instrument grade reed relay series. The CRF Series has a flat insertion loss curve from DC up to 7 GHz, attained by keeping the signal path as short as possible and using an internal coaxial shield with a consistent 50 Ohm impedance path. Not only is it excellent with RF signals, but is also great for digital signals where the skew rates or effects on the rise time of fast digital pulses is less than 40 picoseconds through the relay.

Surface Mount Reed Switches

Liquid level switch
This liquid level indicator is based on the vibratig fork principle and has a built in microprocessor. The switch can be used to monitor the level of any liquid with viscosity up to 10000 cP.
Elixir liquid level sensor
Elixir is a tuning fork based level sensor for liquids where the fork is kept in mechanical vibration at resonance frequency by piezo crystals. When the tines of the fork are immersed in liquid, the frequency changes which is sensed electronically and processed signal is used for switching.
