Warning light
Various types of warning lights have been used for years by many governmental and non-governmental agencies, including police and fire departments. Warning lights are used to mount on vehicles or install on a stand that is located in a dark place to produce a visible warning signal by light to alert people of a hazard. Especially, in the dark place or at night, the warning lights will definitely alert people that there is a dangerous state. Such lights and related assemblies can be mounted on the roofs, in rear windows, or dashboards of vehicles as a means of alerting persons approaching the vehicles to the existence of hazardous conditions. Lights serving warning function preferably provide a wide-angle light radiation pattern where the light is radiated generally parallel to the road surface. Light bars utilize warning signal lights to produce a variety of light signals. These light signals involve the use of various colors and patterns. A typical light bar assembly has a plurality of lights arranged on a support which spans the roof of a vehicle. Light bars are desirable because of their ability to provide a wide variety of highly visible light radiation patterns. Generally, these warning signal lights consist of incandescent and halogen light sources having reflective back support members and colored filters.
