Corelis offers a complete product line of JTAG (boundary-scan) tools called ScanExpress for interconnect testing and JTAG in-system programming of flash memories and CPLDs. An easy-to-use Windows Graphical User Interface is supplied for all of the tools. Also supplied is a DLL interface for seamless integration with other test programs such as National Instruments' LabView, LabWindows/CVI, TestStand, Geotest ATEasy, Agilent's VEE, or Visual Basic, and C++.

Corelis offers a wide selection of JTAG (boundary-scan) hardware controllers, including PCI, PCI Express, PCMCIA, USB 2.0, ISA, parallel port, Ethernet/LAN, VME, VXI, PXI/cPCI, with price and performance to meet your specific requirements. For performance critical JTAG applications, Corelis offers boundary-scan controllers that operate at up to 100MHz sustained TCK frequency, enabling fast board JTAG interconnect testing and JTAG programming of flash memories at their maximum theoretical speed.

Corelis ScanExpress JTAG software offers an easy-to-use integrated development environment for quickly developing and executing efficient test vectors, JTAG emulation functional tests, and In-System Programming of flash memories, serial EEPROMs, and other programmable logic. Extensive testability reports and powerful diagnostics help increase test coverage and quickly isolate faults. Corelis also produces a wide range of IEEE-1149.1 JTAG controllers compatible with all popular communication busses.

Corelis produces an advanced instrument used for the monitoring and testing of systems which contain one or more I2C busses. It can be used to monitor the I2C bus in real-time and log I2C bus traffic, generate I2C traffic to exercise the bus, in-system program I2c compatible EEPROMs, validate I2c bus specification compliance, confirm I2C protocol of bus traffic, and emulate I2C compatible devices that are not yet physically connected to the bus.
