Temperature monitoring equipment
In numerous industrial fields it is necessary to record the temperature variations to which a product is subjected, in cases where, depending on circumstances, one or more variations or the overstepping of predetermined temperatures could make the product unsuitable for subsequent use. A temperature monitoring circuit has many applications. One crucial application for temperature monitoring circuitry is to protect electronic components from being subjected to high temperatures. Cellular phones, laptop computers, and other battery-operated powered electronic devices have numerous electronic components which can be easily damaged by high temperatures. Thermal regulation systems involve two principal components, a thermal regulator for altering the temperature of an environment and a thermostat for determining the temperature of the environment and for actuating the thermal regulator as necessary to maintain the temperature of the environment.
