Horizontal Float Liquid Level
Three new versions of Level Sensor Series LS03 have been introduced into the market to meet the wider demands of our customer's more specialized application needs. Thus far, the LS03 Level Sensors were only capable of mounting to the inside of the liquid container or reservoir. The demand for level sensors which can be externally mounted has progressed as more and more sophisticated devices are being developed such as in modern air conditioners, cooling devices, high-pressure cleaners and many other technologically advanced household appliances. Moreover, external mounting also allows manufacturers the flexibility of quick and low cost level sensor repair or replacement.
MEDER electronic has quickly responded to the new demands of the American and European markets with the expanded LS03 versions LS03/DL, LS03/DK, and LS03/GZ. Available in PP (Polypropylene), PA (Polyamide), or both, these new versions also range in sealing and wall thickness, thread size, and filling pressure capacity. Furthermore, these LS03 versions can accommodate maximum switching voltages between 200VDC and 1000VDC with contact ratings ranging from 10W-100W.

The DL version, developed for the European market, is used with thin walled containers and handles low pressure filling while the DK version with its robuts construction can handle higher filling pressures up to at least 10bar. The GZ version, used in American markets, is self-sealing as a result of its tapered thread therefore is has a lower cost as compared to the DL and DK models.
MEDER LS03 Series Liquid Level Sensors feature magnetic floats which activate reed switches when the liquid level rises or falls, as desired, and then provides an output signal. Available in Form A and Form B contact types, these magnetically-operated, hermetically sealed proximity switches require no external power and handle switching voltages up to 400 VDC.
Designed for horizontal mounting in tanks, MEDER LS03 Series Liquid Level Sensors are available in two versions: polypropylene for use in water and dilute acids and polyamide for use in oil, gasoline and brake fluid. Supplied complete with shaft, nut, float, and nitrile seal, these compact sensors can be ordered with a variety of standard and custom terminations.

Level Sensor with Magnet Floats Description Standard liquid level sensor. The sensor is especially designed for lateral installation in tanks so that it has to be mounted horizontally for precise function.
Two versions are available:
PP (Polypropylene) for water applications and dilute acids. PA (Polyamide) for use in oil, gasoline (petrol) and brake fluid.
The standard termination is a PVC round-cable with a cross section of 0.14mm² and a length of 500mm. The cable can be modified on request.

Miniature 7 GHz RF Reed Relay CRF Series
The CR series is our smallest and most versatile instrument grade reed relay series. The CRF Series has a flat insertion loss curve from DC up to 7 GHz, attained by keeping the signal path as short as possible and using an internal coaxial shield with a consistent 50 Ohm impedance path. Not only is it excellent with RF signals, but is also great for digital signals where the skew rates or effects on the rise time of fast digital pulses is less than 40 picoseconds through the relay.

MK02 Ferromagnetic Proximity Sensor
A new series of patented ferromagnetic proximity switches that operate in the presence of a ferrous metal, rather than requiring actuating magnets, is being introduced by MEDER electronic. MEDER MK02 Series Ferromagnetic Metal Detection sensors are single component devices, which sense magnetically conductive materials directly without the need for two separate magnet and sensing elements.

Surface Mount Reed Switches
MEDER electronic's MK23 Series Reed Sensors have expanded with the addition of our new MK23-90 Reed Sensor. The MK23- 90-C-2 is a Single-Pole Double-Throw switch with a 14mm glass body. This SPDT (Form C) surface mount sensor comes in two lead designs, lead design 1 (straight cut axial lead) and lead design 2 ("Gull Wing" with coined bent leads). 1.5GHz RF MIcro Single In Line Reed Relay

KSK-1A04 4mm Reed Switch Series

Miniature SIL HV Series High Voltage/High Current Reed Relays in an epoxy sealed, single-in-line package measuring only 24mm x 6.4mm x 8.9mm. An optional offset pin-out measuring 29mm x 6.4mm x 8.9mm is also available. Standard coil selections include 5 or 12 volts with or without diode suppression. 5-Pole High Voltage Relays
Miniature High Voltage Reed Relays In the modern world, there is a constant drive to reduce size yet increase the performance of almost every type of electronic component. Ultra Mini High Performace Proximity Sensors
MEDER electronic's MK24 series Reed Sensors achieve a minimum life expectancy of 50 million operations at 5V, 5mA, 100Hz while measuring only 5mm x 1.8mm x 2.2mm. At 50 millions operations, the MK24's base reed switch, a 4mm KSK-1A04 unequivocally surpassed all other reed switches in its size class. The MK24 reed sensor is a hermetically sealed switch in a robust thermoset molded package. This tiny energy saving device requires no external power to operate.
