Remote property monitor/controller, which allows the monitoring and control of remote systems over a standard telephone. Six inputs can monitor analog temperature sensors as well as digital contact closures. Four outputs allow remote control switching. The unit can dial up to 8 numbers on an alarm condition.

Typical applications include the use of this device as a freeze alarm or environmental monitor for equipment or animal buildings, vacant properties, remote control of heating or other systems via telephone, etc.
