The electronic SALTO thumb-turn cylinder is an excellent access control solution for those doors where fitting an electronic handle-set or other means of access control is not possible, for example, an antique door of a protected building. An ideal solution when you need to add to an existing mechanical master key system, or replacing existing euro-profile cylinders with an electronic access control.Main features and benefits:

* "Low or empty battery" indication by software via SVN, the information on battery status is written on the identification medium.
* Automatic change to & from daylight saving time.

* Emergency opening by means of PPD.
* Blocking mechanism module and battery in protected interior of the cylinder.
* Firmware upgradeable by means of PPD firmware updater.
* No loss of data and time when changing batteries.

Opening modes available: standard, automatic opening, toggle and timed toggle.
