Double Pole Micro Single IN Line Relays
The 2-Pole Micro SIL expands the MS Series Reed RelaysMICRO SIL Reed Relays are a single-in-line Reed Relay using only 15.11 x 3.81 mm of board space which is half the standard SIL requirement. They are used as voltage relays and are designed for pick-and-place assembly equipment, allowing close placement on PC boards.
MEDER MS Series Micro SIL Reed Relays are rugged and highly uniform for use with high speed pick-and-place assembly equipment and feature an internal magnetic shield which allows for close placement on PC boards. The Single pole single throw (SPST) version features a thermoset molded package measuring 15.2 mm x 3.81 mm x 6.8 mm and the double pole single throw (DPST) version has an epoxy encapsulated package design and measures only 15.11 mm x 3.81 mm x 8.76 mm. Capable of over one billion switching operations, these compact reed relays can switch up to 10 Watts with individual maximums of 0.5 Amps and 200 Volts.
UL (NRNT2. E 156887), VDE, and EN60950 approved, MEDER MS Series Micro SIL Reed Relays provide insulation resistance across- and from the contacts to coil of 1012 Ohms typical. Coil to switch isolation is 1500 VDC with a dielectric strength of 250 VDC across the contacts and these reed relays are available with an external magnet shield, a diode, and high coil resistance options.

MMS 2.8mm Implantable Magnetic Switch

Miniature 7 GHz RF Reed Relay CRF Series
The CR series is our smallest and most versatile instrument grade reed relay series. The CRF Series has a flat insertion loss curve from DC up to 7 GHz, attained by keeping the signal path as short as possible and using an internal coaxial shield with a consistent 50 Ohm impedance path. Not only is it excellent with RF signals, but is also great for digital signals where the skew rates or effects on the rise time of fast digital pulses is less than 40 picoseconds through the relay.
Surface Mount Reed Switches
MEDER electronic's MK23 Series Reed Sensors have expanded with the addition of our new MK23-90 Reed Sensor. The MK23- 90-C-2 is a Single-Pole Double-Throw switch with a 14mm glass body. This SPDT (Form C) surface mount sensor comes in two lead designs, lead design 1 (straight cut axial lead) and lead design 2 ("Gull Wing" with coined bent leads). The MK23-90 sensor comes in 5 contact sensitivity ranges.
5-Pole High Voltage Relays
Miniature High Voltage Reed Relays In the modern world, there is a constant drive to reduce size yet increase the performance of almost every type of electronic component. With that in mind, MEDER electronic has introduced two new high voltage Reed Relays for PCB mounting. These miniature high voltage relays take up only 40x15x13.5mm board area. These high voltage relays offer a switching voltage of 1 kVDC with a 4 kVDC or 6-kVDC option across the contacts.

This new brass version of our MK11 is more robust and resilient to harsh conditions. Ultra Mini High Performace Proximity Sensors
MEDER electronic's MK24 series Reed Sensors achieve a minimum life expectancy of 50 million operations at 5V, 5mA, 100Hz while measuring only 5mm x 1.8mm x 2.2mm. At 50 millions operations, the MK24's base reed switch, a 4mm KSK-1A04 unequivocally surpassed all other reed switches in its size class. The MK24 reed sensor is a hermetically sealed switch in a robust thermoset molded package. This tiny energy saving device requires no external power to operate.
1.5GHz RF MIcro Single In Line Reed Relay
Quests for smaller and smaller designs in connection with fast microprocessors set continuing challenges to relay manufacturers. To fulfill these quests, MEDER has expanded the MS Series for applications with higher frequency. The new MSRF05-1A87-75L is a Reed Relay designed in a miniature single-in-line package measuring 15.2mm x 3.8mm x 6.8mm (L x W x H). This new package size takes up half the space of a conventional reed relay.
7 Surface Mount Proximity Sensor Series

Horizontal Float Liquid Level
Three new versions of Level Sensor Series LS03 have been introduced into the market to meet the wider demands of our customer's more specialized application needs. Thus far, the LS03 Level Sensors were only capable of mounting to the inside of the liquid container or reservoir. Miniature Liquid Level Sensors
A new line of compact liquid level sensors that are more reliable than mechanical switches and are an alternative to costly Hall effect sensors is being introduced by MEDER electronic. MEDER LS-Series Liquid Level Sensors are made from corrosion-resistant materials and feature magnetic floats which activate reed switches when the liquid level rises or falls, as desired, and then provides an output signal. KSK-1A04 4mm Reed Switch Series
KSK-1A04 Series Reed Switches are magnetically actuated, ultraminiature, low power reed switches. Designed with flat lead terminals they provide consistent contact orientation and larger contact soldering surface in SMT applications. High Voltage Single In Line Relay
Miniature SIL HV Series High Voltage/High Current Reed Relays in an epoxy sealed, single-in-line package measuring only 24mm x 6.4mm x 8.9mm. An optional offset pin-out measuring 29mm x 6.4mm x 8.9mm is also available. Standard coil selections include 5 or 12 volts with or without diode suppression.
