Our digital AC servo motors and drivers are the new high-tech products of our company, whose proprietary intellectual property rights are possessed by us. We adopt the international top-level design and have given the machines overall optimization by using the advanced magnetic field two-dimensional and three-dimensional FEA softwares------ Ansoft and Ansys. We have made special analysis and optimization for the torque fluctuation, mechanical vibration and noise of the motors. The series of drivers employ the latest digital processing chips DSP28XX of the American AI Company, CPLD as the core controlling chips, and the advanced vector algorithms. All these together with years of successful experience of our company in automatic control field have helped realize the optimum design if the servo drivers' soft and hard ware. The advanced self- adaptive controlling algorithm we use can have real time computation according to the changes of the control items, adjust the parameters dynamically and improve the accuracy and speed of the system control. The imported IPM achieve the best protecting function and it is safe in operation and stable in performance. We have proved the reliability if our servo drivers through a lot of product application.
