Computer-related technologies have been prosperously developed in the world. To operate in such real world manufacturing environments, industrial computer systems must meet special environmental specifications relating to temperature, shock, vibration, humidity, and voltage isolation. For example, an industrial computer requires a CPU to work stably in compliance with preset steps to achieve a projected productivity. Since the advance of electronic technologies, the operations of an industrial computer are more and more complex with higher speeds. Therefore, the heat dissipation of an industrial computer is of critical importance.
