8-strand LC single mode fiber mirror A/B switch
The QuickSwitch® 6261 8-strand fiber optic LC switch with 10 Base-T LAN telnet access, allows the user the capability of sharing 8 fiber optic LC strands connected to the "COMMON" port among two other sets of 8 strands connected to the "A" and "B" ports with local and remote access functionality. Remote access can be accomplished using an Ethernet 10 Base-T connection and Telnet commands.Product Features:
* The switch ports are transparent to all data.
* All switched signals are passed via mirror relays that maintain their position and continuity even in the event of a power loss or failure.
* Supports Single Mode Fiber Optic wavelength of 1310 nm and gigabit data rates.
* Control of the switch position is from a 10 Base-T LAN Ethernet environment or, alternately, the front panel pushbutton.
* Remote Telnet command interface that allows user to control switch position and obtain switch status.
* Front panel pushbutton may be "locked out" using the remote Telnet commands.
* Rackmount configuration is standard.
